A successful accompaniment to cold snacks, salads, sautéed vegetables, Mediterranean dinner (rice, pasta, fish) and Asian food. Serve between 8 and 10 °C.

Wine Overview
Domaine de Unx Rosé de Saignée is the result of a project to prepare light coloured rosé wine using the traditional saignée method which is done in Navarra.

Tasting Notes
Sight: Pale pink in colour with a slightly violet tone, bright.
Smell: Intense, subtle and delicate aroma, highlighting the red fruits (strawberry and raspberry) combined with the aroma of white flowers. At the end, you notice elegant hints of liquorice.
Taste: Balanced in the mouth, creamy and voluptuous. Distinguished by its volume and the reminder of fresh red fruit. Its acidity is perfectly integrated in the whole, leaving no sharpness.
