Wine Overview
Template weather characterized by periodic mediterranean type of rains and large thermal variations between the day and night. In average, during winter, 600mm of water are concentrated in our fertile valleys.
Initiated with the use of selected yeast and processed under control temperature.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant Pale Yellow with green reflections. With tropical fruit fragances with citric and mineral touches on nose. Pleasant acid sensation mouth entry.
