Age of Vine: Aprox. 15 Years
Conduction system: All the grape varieties used in the blend are grown on low espaliers and irrigated with drip irrigation.
Yield: 7.000 a 9.000 kg / Ha
Type of harvest: Manual harvest in closed bins.
Location: Graneros and Pelequén, 100% Cachapoal.
Fermentation: Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 24 hours at 10°C. Subsequently, it is inoculated before the start of alcoholic fermentation. It is worth noting that it is a co-fermentation of four varieties: Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carmenere. The
fermentation temperature is 25°C for 14 days.
Extraction: Traditional maceration with 3 long pump-overs, 2 during the day and 1 at night.
Aging: Malolactic fermentation takes place in clay amphoras, remaining in them for a year until separated from its lees and prepared for bottling.

Tasting Notes

Sight: Intense burgundy color with deep dark highlights, showing great density and abundant tears.

Smell: Fruity, with a mineral nose due to its aging in vats. Red and black fruits, floral and elegant.

Taste: Intense, fruity, with gentle, round and harmonious tannins.
